Students attending classes online via Zoom must uphold an unwavering attendance record to gain credit for classes and complete assignments successfully. This policy update makes it mandatory for all participants to log in and attend classes via Zoom, and failure to do so may result in unsatisfactory attendance and academic progress.

It is recognized that college, work schedule, or personal challenges may prevent a student from attending classes throughout the scheduled time. Therefore, students who face such challenges may still participate in classes via Zoom by logging in and requesting class assignments for the day. This enables students to catch up on the missed content and be up to date with class progress.

Attendance is an integral part of academic and professional growth. By ensuring that all students attend classes regularly, they can build a strong foundation of skills and knowledge that will prepare them for future academic and professional endeavors. Maintaining an excellent attendance record reflects a student's attitude and commitment to their educational goals and responsibilities.

The institution believes this policy will create an inclusive and interactive learning environment, allowing students to participate actively in class discussions and group activities. This policy also promotes accountability among students and ensures they take ownership of their attendance and academic progress.

Students must understand and abide by this policy update to avoid negative attendance and academic progress impacts. All students are welcome to seek further clarification regarding this policy by contacting our institute.
